Leather: A traditional natural material obtained by processing animal skins, valued in the shoe and haberdashery industry for its inimitable combination of durability, breathability and aesthetics. The main advantage of rubber soles is their excellent grip (traction) on different types of surfaces, which minimises the risk of slipping. The material is naturally flexible, waterproof and effectively absorbs shocks during walking. Depending on the compound, the rubber can be either soft for better contact with the ground or hard for maximum abrasion resistance on rough terrain.
